I’ve been looking for a quality computer training site for openlearninghome and I’ve finally found it. thenewboston.org has everything I’ve been looking for.  Lots of programming videos taught without a lot of technical jargon, that’s both fun and easy.  For more information, please click this link.

Salman Khan: “Let’s use video to reinvent education”

I’ve been thinking and thinking about how to make learning computer programming easier, and fortunately, I stumbled onto this site where he’s already solved the problem.  This would be a perfect model for Open Learning Home where the students will create additional learning materials from the MIT OpenCourseWare classes.  At the core of Open Learning Home is the sharing of ideas between students.  I think this really is the future of the education system.
